I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, equipped with a seating area and a small refrigerator, making my stay comfortable. The nice bathroom was spacious, offering a great experience. However, the dining experience could have been improved with more variety. The hotel's friendly service and great location made up for any minor shortcomings.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the party and beach zone. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the service could be more reliable. Dining options could use improvement, but the wood-fired pizzas stood out. Price is fair, but some facilities need attention.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, felt a bit closed off like a bunker as they lacked windows. On the bright side, the location was excellent, near beautiful Sandy Beach on the West Coast of Rincon, Puerto Rico, perfect for surf enthusiasts. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some communication issues as they argued with me unnecessarily. The dining options were decent but could have been more varied than just bread and muffins. Overall, a place with both positives and negatives to consider.
